The European Union trade delegation, currently visiting Sri Lanka for discussion regarding the regaining of GSP+, met with the Tamil National Alliance on Wednesday.
Head of the European External Action Service (EEAS) unit, Paolo Pampaloni and deputy head of the GSP unit, Nikos Zaimis met with the leader of the TNA, R Sampanthan.
The delegation is in Sri Lanka to take part in the EU - Sri Lanka Working Group on Governance, Rule of Law and Human Rights, which has been hosted by the Sri Lankan ministry of foreign affairs.
