Junior Super Star comes to London

Four very talented young singers from Chennai, India entertained cheering audiences in London, during Junior Super Star's premiere in the UK.

The event, hosted by ILC Tamil Radio which broadcasts from North-West London, was very well received by the audience, with many enquiring about future events.

Held on the 29th October in Croydon and the 30th October in Harrow, the young singers had crowds spellbound with songs from a variety of genres, whilst the dancers blew away the audience with their spectacular moves.

Singers included Nithyashree, Priyanka, Srinisha and Shravan, as well as a young girl from London. Along with the singers, Priyanka’s father, Nalathumbi and Pragash, widely considered to be the best keyboard player in India, accompanied the Orchestra Rainbow from London.

A number of dancers were present at and performed at the event, including those from the Dancelab and Tharmini dance groups, along with the widely acclaimed dancer, Gogulnath, who is well known for his appearance in Maanada Mayilaada - a dance show in South India.

Two sisters, Priyadharshini and Dhivyatharshini, renowned for their appearances in various programmes in India were also present, and both performed beautiful dance routines.

 

Audiences were delighted to be entertained by the Mimicry artist, Sethu, from Chennai, who kept the show alive with his charming nature, and by two young gymnasts who left the audience speechless.
