Victims of 1987 massacre by Indian army commemorated in Jaffna

A commemoration event was held to commemorate the victims of 1987 massacre by the Indian Peacekeeping Forces (IPKF) in Jaffna.

The event took place at the memorial located at Kondavil in Jaffna. 

The massacre was one of the earliest killings of Tamils by the IPKF.
