Tamils in Mannar remember Mullivaikkal genocide

Tamils in Mannar held a commemoration ceremony this morning, marking 9 years since the massacre at Mullivaikkal.

At the moving ceremony, lamps were lit before portraits of those who were killed in the genocide.
