Sri Lanka's Public Relations and Public Affairs Minister, Mervyn Silva, has decided to launch a hotline for public complaints, reports Colombo Page. The hotline would allow the user to choose their language of choice, out of Sinhala, Tamil and English.
Previous examples of Silva's exemplary initiatives include telling human rights activists that he will break their limbs in public, warning Americans they would "die like dogs as Prabhakaran did" if they came to Sri Lanka, and warning India not to wake the sleeping lion.
