Eelam writer and former Secretary of the Jaffna University Student Union, Theepachelvan , introduced his latest novel, "Terrorist," to an audience at Jaffna University this week.
Set against the backdrop of Jaffna, the novel weaves the city's essence with a prominent presence of the Jaffna University. The launch event, held at the University, was presided over by K. Thuvaraga, the President of the Jaffna University Student Union.

Distinguished guests, including the Chief Guest, Professor C. Raghuram, the Dean of Arts, and K.R. Ganesalingam, the Head of the Department of Political Science, graced the occasion. The unveiling ceremony provided a platform for literary enthusiasts to delve into the depths of Theepachelvan's narrative.
A comprehensive review of the novel was presented by Professor Selvamanogaran, a senior lecturer from the Department of Shaivism. The critique sheds light on the thematic and literary richness exhibited in "Terrorist," showcasing the author's ability to navigate complex narratives.
