Sri Lanka ranked among 10 worst states for personal freedom

Sri Lanka was ranked among the worst 10 states in the 2017 Human Freedom Index just released, which looks to measure personal freedoms. 

The country was ranked 150, after Zimbabwe at 149 and Pakistan at 148, and ahead of Cameroon, Congo and Saudi Arabia. India ranked 103.
