Tamil youth en route to Colombo reported missing

A Tamil youth from Mullaitivu was reported missing by his parents on Saturday, after disappearing while travelling to Colombo earlier this week.

21-year-old Kugathasan Umesh left his sister’s home in Jaffna on Wednesday night (October 31), intending to travel south to Colombo.

His parents said they had not heard from him since. They reported him missing at Mallavi police station on Saturday.
